All materials created in producing your printed product are the property of Scratch Off Systems. Although these materials will not
be sold or given to any other party, Scratch Off Systems reserve the right to distribute free samples of your printed product.
Your payment and personal information are always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
Warranty: Seller’s only obligation shall be to allow returns of defective printed product within 30 days of customer receiving product. Claims must be in writing and must be received within 30 days of the first shipment of the said products arrival. If no such claim is made, the provider and the customer will understand that the job has been accepted. By accepting the job, the customer acknowledges that the provider’s performance has fully satisfied all terms, conditions, and specifications. Seller shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of or inability to use the product. Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use, and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. The foregoing may not be changed except by an agreement signed by an officer of the seller. All sales are final, unless otherwise noted. No refunds are given once Scratch Off Systems begins working on your order, which means Scratch Off Systems has received your necessary materials (i.e., digital files and quote approval) and started work on your job (i.e., your job is in production).
Cancelled orders will require a 20% cancellation fee (of the original order cost). Scratch Off Systems will not provide cash refunds on orders greater than $2,000.00. A company credit to be used on future jobs will be issued for any amount greater or equal to $2,000.00. The only available solutions for orders of $2,000.00 or more is a reprint of the project in question or a store credit to be used on future printing jobs performed by Scratch Off Systems. Prices subject to change unless otherwise noted. Diversion contrary to U.S. laws is strictly prohibited.
Scratch Off Systems is a promotional printer and does not declare to be a high security lottery/gaming card printer. We will not be held liable for cards being used for gaming or lottery purposes. Cards printed by Scratch Off Systems are to be used as for promotional purposes. Game of chance scratch and win games are provided to the customer at the risk of the customer and they agree to not hold Scratch Off Systems liable for the security and risk associated with such high-risk games.
Breach: In the event customer breaches any terms of this contract, customer shall pay all costs which printer incurs in enforcing any terms of this contract, including a reasonable attorney’s fee, which shall include all costs and attorney’s fees incurred as a result of any appeal of a judgement or order relating to enforcement by printer of this contract. Any action at law, suit in equity or judicial proceeding for the enforcement of this contract or any provision thereof, by either party hereto, shall be instituted only in the courts of Summit County, Ohio.
There will be no liability or penalty for delays due to state of war, riot, civil disorder, fire, strikes, accidents, action of government or civil authority, acts of God, or other causes beyond the control of the provider.
Scratch Off Systems is not liable for errors in approved quote options such as product type, size, finishing options, or quantity.
Scratch Off Systems requires artwork to be sent at a quality level of 300 DPI. Any files sent with under 300 dpi will be at the risk of the customer and will not be a liability of Scratch Off Systems.
You certify that you have the right to use the image(s) in your artwork files. Do not send any “one-of-kind” transparencies, prints, or artwork. Although we take every precaution to protect your materials, we are not responsible for loss or damage of images or artwork.
Under these Terms and Conditions, you agree that you, or anyone associated with your project will not upload, email, or mail any artwork files consisting of the following material: any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law; and any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights,
or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the persons who are shown in the material if applicable.
Scratch Off Systems is not responsible for:
The customer will defend and hold Scratch Off Systems harmless in any suit or court action brought to Scratch Off Systems by others for alleged damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees), liabilities, or losses resulting from circumstances where Scratch Off Systems, acting as the customer’s agent, uses copy, photographs, or illustrations that are believed by others to be degrading, libelous, or harmful to their reputations, images, or standing in the community, or which in Scratch Off Systems sole judgment, is an infringement on a trademark, or trade name, or service mark, or copyright belonging to others, or in a suit or court action brought against Scratch Off Systems for actions of the customer’s employees which may occur as a result of any mailing or shipment.
Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of production completion. Printing turnaround times provided by Scratch Off Systems are estimates only. Scratch Off Systems cannot be held liable for situations outside of our control such as acts of God. Shipments shipped on customer’s account are the responsibility of the customer after the shipment leaves our facility. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are, U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Returned product due to incorrect address information will result in a $25.00 fee per incorrect address for processing.
If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Mailings and USPS: Scratch Off Systems will not be held liable for the accuracy of mailing lists provided by customers. All lists provided to Scratch Off Systems will be the exclusive property of the customer and will not be shared or used without the consent of the customer.
Scratch Off Systems cannot be held liable for transit times or errors while in the possession of USPS. All transit times provided for USPS shipments are estimates.
Scratch Off Systems shall be liable to rectify printing and mailing errors only to the extent of re-mailing a correction or corrected job as soon as possible, and allowable damages shall be limited to the value of the printing work performed. In no case is Scratch Off Systems liable for loss of business; incidental or consequential damages; or costs in excess of billing for services related to the specific job.
Acceptance of orders is subject to credit approval and contingencies such as fires, water, strikes, theft, vandalism, acts of God, and other causes beyond the provider’s control. Canceled orders require compensation for incurred costs and related obligations.
Cardholder acknowledges/authorizes the purchase of the products listed above the amount of the total shown hereon and agrees to perform the obligations set forth in the Cardholder’s agreement with the issuer. Credit card transactions equal to or greater than $2,000.00 will not be refunded to credit cards. The only available solutions for orders of $2,000.00 or more is a reprint of the project in question, or a store credit to be used on future printing jobs performed by Scratch Off Systems.
Any conflict between an accepted acknowledgement and customer’s purchase order, the accepted acknowledgement will govern.
Terms: Unless otherwise noted, terms should be paid within 30 days from the date of the invoice. Payment should be sent to 2457 Edison Blvd., Twinsburg, OH 44087.
As security for payment of any sum due under the terms of an agreement, the provider has the right to hold and place a lien on all customer property in the provider’s possession. This right applies even if credit has been extended, notes have been accepted, trade acceptances have been made, or payment has been guaranteed.
If payment terms are not met, account terms may be revoked at the discretion of Scratch Off Systems in addition to a service charge of 1 ½% monthly – 18% annually that may be charged. The customer is liable for all collection costs incurred.
Customer alterations include all work performed in addition to the original specifications. All such work will be charged at the provider’s current rates.
